The key case-law issues are documents written by the Court's Registry whose chief aim is to provide information to persons intending to make an application to the Court.

They relate mostly to the conditions of admissibility of applications and the applicability of the Convention articles most frequently relied on.

Our law firm is not bound by these documents, which are prepared by the Registry (Research Division) on its own authority and remain full property of the Registry.

We are only sumerizing and granting public access to these issues on our website.

They may also be read on the Court's website.
